• Question: Is it possible for ghosts to exist and interfere with us?

      Scientists only study phenomena which we can generate evidence by physical means. That means that scientists don’t study things like ghosts, or whether there is a god (or gods). Those things fall outside the realm of science. People can (and do) study why certain people believe in the paranormal, and what factors are likely to make someone hold paranormal beliefs (because those are things that scientists CAN study). Personally, I like a good ghost story, but I don’t think they are true. 😀

      As Nancy says, I don’t think there’s an experiment you can do to help show this is true. You would have to disprove all other possible explanations first.

      Maybe you can think of an experiment…?
