Question: how would providing vision and nuroscience education to children in Brazil help?

Teaching people about how their brains work is always important for being sure that people take good care of themselves. For instance, teaching the children how vision works would let them know more about when to obtain help if their vision got worse (like if they needed glasses). But it would also be a good opportunity for the students to ask questions of a scientist- just like you are right now- an opportunity that they probably would never get at another time in their lives!
