• Question: can you ever dream the same thing twice?

      Interesting- I’m not sure of the answer to this. I do know that sometimes when we dream we are reactivating the information we learned during that day. That might mean that if wer reactivate the same thing twice, we would get the same dream. I feel like I definitely have had recurring dreams myself- but that’s just my personal opinion, not a scientific one! 🙂

      Hi there!
      I agree with Nancy! I’m not sure about the scientific basis of this but I’ve definitely had the same dream over and over again! It usually involves winning the lottery, haha only joking! But seriously, when I was a little girl I always had the same dream about being chased by a big monster down the street! I always managed to escape though! 🙂

      Yeah I seem to get recurring dreams to.

      I think this is probably one of those areas no-one really understands very well! Maybe become a scientist specialising in sleep and investigate this yourself? 🙂
