• Question: If our eyes are so well protected how come we still get infections in them?

      There is only so much protection the body can do and germs can get in there. If we’re over tired or run down, germs can take advantage of that as our immune system is not as good as it should be and so infections will happen

      Like Elaine says, when we’re tired or run down our immune systems don’t work so well, and if they are challenged often enough they will fail.
