• Question: @emmareid is it possible for zombies to happen?

      Hi Fran!
      I think it’s very unlikely that zombies could ever exist because without being able to breathe or pump blood around the body they couldn’t produce adenosine trisphosphate (ATP). ATP is a key molecule involved in energy production and without it, zombies wouldn’t be able to move to stalk their prey! Also, they wouldn’t experience basic thoughts like hunger so they wouldn’t want to eat brains! 🙂 Great question though!
